Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Tableau Server Software layer
  • System Administration (includes site creation, credentialing, licensing, etc.)
  • Change management including server maintenance, software, hardware upgrades, patches
  • Monitor server activity/usage statistics, identify possible performance issues/enhancements
  • Act as primary liaison between Everside Health and Tableau Account Management
  • Enhance and design dashboards to improve the end-user experience and product performance
  • Coordinating with BI Team for migration of objects (dimensions, measures, hierarchies, reports, workbooks, dashboards, etc.) supporting QA/Production Deployment
  • Continually evaluate and assess need for new Business Intelligence solutions to improve scalability of existing reporting platform
  • Experience in data requirement elicitation, validation, reporting design, and quality assurance
  • Ability to identify multiple solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
  • Ability to work as an analytical, problem solver who can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills to work across functions, with internal leadership, and external customers.
  • Be knowledgeable in the healthcare industry and/or knowledge of HIPAA privacy and information technology security standards with the ability to apply to information as required

  • Demonstrated data visualization, dashboarding and querying expertise
  • Experience in developing low-latency, reliable reports; designing with data visualization best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, assertive, enthusiastic, and self-directed with excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation
  • Creative individual with ability to design advanced Tableau dashboards, as well as follow provided design guidelines
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail; a high degree of ownership for projects, and strong follow-through
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative cycle with multiple projects under scheduled deadlines
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan their own work, while aligning with project priorities and changes to priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view
  • Quality oriented, innovative, analytical, steadfast, and efficient

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years Tableau Developer experience; Tableau Desktop Certification highly desired
  • Ability to provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support with ability to coordinate Tier 4 technical support where necessary
  • 3+ years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting design and presentation
  • 3+ years' experience with relational database systems
  • Experience with a server deployment with schedules, user roles, row level security, multiple device support, licensing etc.
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources into Tableau reporting architecture
  • Strong understanding of the Tableau Architecture; facilitating performance optimization
  • Querying skills and understanding of relational databases / data structure, Data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, OLAP methodologies, and business intelligence concepts / applications (Salesforce.com / Tableau / Snowflake / SQL)
  • Experience working with agile/scrum development teams
  • Ability to troubleshoot code / Tableau dashboards written/designed by others
  • Ability to collaborate with business leaders and communicate findings at an executive level
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal & Teamworking skills
  • Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving, methodical, logical, and detail-oriented skills

Salary Range - 95k-105k
