In this role, you will be responsible for driving all systems related aspects of Compliance KYC Country Rollout and Compliance Template projects end to end in order to meet country regulatory requirements.

For this role you will need work experience as business or system analyst. Broad knowledge of software, and programming. The ability to learn quickly and be adaptable. A logical approach to problem solving. Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail. Business awareness (planning and negotiating skills).

In this role you will liaising extensively with external or internal clients, including AML Compliance, regional Operations, QA, UAT, systems engineering and systems support teams. Define application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes. Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability. Propose solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.

You will control solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers. You will validate results by testing programs, perform data analytics, and mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems. You will be translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs, conducting requirements analysis and preparing functional specifications and country configuration documentation, and presenting proposals to clients. You will be working closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Guiding development and QA teams on country requirements and KYC capability understanding.

You will need an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience in Software Design, Software Requirements, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Teamwork, Consulting Skills, and Software Architecture. Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming. Business awareness (planning and negotiating skills). A methodical, investigative, analytical, and inquisitive mind. Presentation skills (Excellent oral and written communication skills). Diagram skills, PPT skills.

In this role it would be nice to have Working knowledge of SQL and/or other data analytics and reporting tools. AML Compliance experience, finance background or prior work experience in financial service organization, and experience working in multi country distributed team environment

Annual base salary gross: $62,829-103,871. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
