Position Summary

MAG is offering up to a 5k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

MAG is seeking an experienced Security Professional familiar with working with both System Security and Foreign Disclosure. The Security Professional will serve as a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) supporting the Program Manager Electronic Warfare Systems (PM EW&C) Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO). The candidate will primarily be assisting with Security components of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs (ICP), other Security Assistance (SA) activities, and Security Cooperation (SC) Programs.

The EW&C program delivers critical capabilities to counter current and future threats, enabling the next generation of warfighting capabilities from sensor to Soldier worldwide. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provides system security engineering analysis to support disclosure decisions in FMS, International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to military Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Technology and Information Technology (IT) Systems - ideally culminating in a release decision
  • Assist in the drafting of International Agreements (IA) and Data Exchange Agreements (DEA); such as: Acquisition Project Agreement (PA), The Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP), Information Exchange Program (IEP), Personnel Exchange, and Military-to-Military Intelligence
  • Collection and Exchange
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Critical Program Information Assessment (CPIA) process, to include both Army and Horizontal Department of Defense standards
  • Review vendor submitted Anti-Tamper (AT) Plans and provide feedback/changes with eventual approval
  • Coordinate Anti-Tamper Verification and Validation Test events with Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
  • 8 years of technical experience
  • At least 3 years security/foreign disclosure experience
  • Be familiar with, and assist in, the development, maintenance, and staffing of Delegated Disclosure Authority Letters (DDLs), Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs), Summary Statement of Intent (SSOI), and Exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy (ENDP) requests
  • Completion/willingness to complete the DoD Foreign Disclosure Officer and International Program Course (or equivalent training)
  • Completion/willingness to complete official AT Short and Long Courses, as well as significant understanding of all current Army and DoD AT policies and procedures
  • Sound understanding of DOD Technology Transfer Security Assistance, Exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy (ENDP), Disclosure Letters (DDLs), and Security Cooperation (SC) Programs

Education / Certifications
  • BS/BA in a related discipline

Clearance
  • Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
