What You Will Be Doing - Help develop company culture
- Help with Recruitment and training efforts
- Provide leadership development opportunities throughout the organization
- Conduct annual learning needs assessment and recommendations for professional development
- Manage Performance Management
- Develop/ facilitate workshops
- Assist in identifying the development needs of employees in cost-effective, and efficient, ways
- Provide coaching when needed to employees
- Help implement programs that shape employee retention
- Create training materials
- Develop course content and work with teams to ensure that all mandatory training is completed by all employees in accordance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- SHRM or HRCI certifications
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
