Eligibility:

Must hold a degree from an accredited four year college or university.

 

 

Primary Function of Position:

This position will report to the Sr. Strategic Analyst and will be responsible for program management of risk identification tools and processes, developing technical solutions and recommendations for business problems & provide an analytical lens to Business Process KPI’s, and related Business Cases for process re-engineering opportunities that support ISI’s scale and on-going maturity.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Driving project (mitigation) scoping / Goal Setting / Coordination with SE & Commodity teams
  • Ownership and program management for various supply chain risk programs such as, but not limited to Item Risk, Supplier Risk, Supplier Financial Risk, Supplier Mapping (Geographic Risk), Commodities Intelligence, etc.
  • Development / refinement of key program playbooks (Risk ID, Communication, Mitigation, Tracking, etc.)
  • Supports key programs such as Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and the Supply Collaboration Portal (SCP) with focus on Process Outcomes and KPI’s. Provide business case recommendations as applicable for projects (based on defining, analyzing and documenting requirements).
  • Partner with cross functional groups (Supply Chain, Supplier Engineering, IT, etc.) to focus on pain points for the business. A key focus will be on exception management that supports company scale through process re-engineering and tool improvements that support improved productivity, problem solving closure velocity, and related customer metrics

 

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Minimum BS/BA Operations, Industrial, Engineering, Business Management / Architecture, Information Systems, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to be creative and resourceful
  • Solution Oriented / Problem Solver
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Tableau and SQL proficiency a plus
