Industrial Technology Group (ITG) is an operating platform of The Heico Companies, LLC, overseeing 11 independent manufacturing companies which produce a wide array of equipment and products serving multiple industries and end users. Reporting to the Corporate Director, Information Technology, the Supply Chain Management Lead (SCM) will have leadership capabilities that enrich the existing D365 support team. This SCM Lead is located in Warrenville, IL and will collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. They will participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing, and providing guidance on recommendations. The role will also involve oversight of an internal/external SCM team to ensure that delivery excellence goals are constantly being met.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational team tasks related to resource planning, escalation handling, team assignments and some overall administrative duties.
• Provide leadership to internal consultant team by managing daily operations and offering guidance/mentorship to junior level analysts.
• Work with business users to gather requirements specific to Production Planning, Production Orders, Production Scheduling, MRP and Production Reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops - presenting standard D365 process flows, conduct system demonstrations, and providing insight on how standard D365 processes can support a customers' business process.
• Configure D365 F&O Modules, test new functionality, and provide on-going support based on requirements collected.
• Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business.
• Support cross-functional business processes in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Distribution with a focus on Production Planning.
• Ability to work closely with business personnel to understand pain areas and provide insight and process improvements.
• Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize and organize your time, project schedules and multiple project activities.
• Participate and provide support within data migrations, integrations, report design and design/management of security

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant curriculum is required
• APICS certification highly desired
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience with AX/D365 Production Planning & Scheduling, including two years' experience in end-to-end AX/D365 implementations, along with hands-on design, configuration, testing and production support.
• 3+ years planning and project management leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• D365 experience highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
• PMP Certification - preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Proven experience implementing system improvements and processes.
• Travel requirements up to 25%
