Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain an understanding of Arrow Supply Chain Process and associated business objectives.
  • Analyst will be responsible for developing reports, KPIs, dashboards, and provide data analysis support in a global business environment.
  • Evaluate new opportunities with the field to determine the appropriate implementation strategy to meet the supply chain engagement needs.
  • Requirement gathering, solution analysis, design, development & testing for manufacturing, warehouse, quality and engineering related reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Big Data team, IT, Business intelligence, and other departments using analytics to ensure that supply chain resources have an up to date understanding of how data is being leveraged throughout Arrow.
  • Gain an understanding of the data available within various Arrows departments/divisions and identify possible areas where valuable data is not being collected or stored. (Develop database analytics tools and applications in order to support complex supply chain business objectives and engagements.
  • Support legacy databases and help to migrate them to standard applications.
  • Develop tailored training materials to support the use of analytical tools and applications. Serve as a key technical and knowledge resource for Supply Chain analytics tools deployment. Develop process controls and procedures that define operational requirements and/or improvements in the support of Supply Chain analytics tools and applications.
  • Provide direct support and training to Supply Chain and branch personnel on the use of approved analytics software.
  • Evaluate new opportunities, both internally and directly with customers, to determine appropriate implementation strategy and communicate as required with developers all programming necessary to meet that strategy and the needs of the supply chain engagement.
  • Develop tailored training materials to support the use of Supply Chain Analytics tools and applications; provide branch (or group) training as required. Develop related documentation/procedures required in the support of all new supply chain analytics tools.
  • Work independently; receive minimal guidance.
  • Resolves problems using existing solutions.
  • Work with minimal guidance.
  • Be able to document, train and communicate all the above.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of experience in reports development, database analysis and support
  • Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft, web-based software development languages and tools to integrate and collaboration of technologies with other applications and business systems
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power tools, Power BI, Azure cloud databases, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience with supporting and migrating from legacy databases and reporting tools including MS Access, crystal reports, batch jobs / windows scheduled tasks jobs
  • Experience with related systems or database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle EBS (DMS, UNITY, WMS) Microsoft DAX or similar
  • Ideally experience in manufacturing, warehouse or logistics related data management and reporting
  • Strong research, data analysis, data visualization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to capture computer systems business requirements and perform user acceptance testing
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and a dynamic environment.
  • Well organized and detail oriented with strong customer service focus

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$67,500.00 - $82,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
