The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has managed and built durable strategic partnerships across suppliers and cross-functional teams. The candidate will need to be a strong communicator and operate as a functional leader. Reporting to the Director, People Services Delivery, this external and internal facing individual contributor role will be the business owner for scaling global service delivery through our suppliers, while ensuring that all the stakeholders are involved and aligned throughout the process. This role will be responsible for managing complex projects and driving execution across the employee lifecycle processes.

Supplier Management Lead Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-year program to expand use of supplier-led delivery programs needed to ensure the People Services Delivery team can meet our objective to run the best people focused service delivery business in the industry.
  • Transform supplier engagements to managed services contracts enabling sustainable delivery of large scale, industry leading solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously raise the bar on benchmarks for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through creation of metrics driven, high performance supplier engagements that are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Navigate complex global requirements and regulatory constraints to design programs that consistently deliver on challenging business objectives in a fast moving environment with the operational excellence and rigor required to meet Meta's high quality standards.
  • Partner with leaders across the People Ops team to uplift organizational performance ensuring the entire global team executes seamlessly to deliver business outcomes that are consistent, repeatable and measurable.
  • Build strong relationships between suppliers and internal stakeholders ensuring systems, workflows, and playbooks are documented, improved and maintained.
  • Launch and sustain a scalable quality management program needed to continuously measure outcomes including a closed feedback loop between cross-functional partners, stakeholders, partners, and supplier teams to ensure programs meet minimum requirements while also surfacing and prioritizing opportunities for improved program effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Partner with Meta Sourcing teams to ensure People Ops Third Party providers deliver optimal results aligned to Meta's financial, regulatory, and company priorities including location strategy, privacy and security, contingency planning and audit readiness.
  • Advocate for the supplier in partnership with HR Tech, engineering and other teams to drive automated solutions through continuous process improvement.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years program management and leadership experience
  • Experience overseeing supplier service delivery with global teams of 50+ people and experience managing deliverables through a contact center environment that tracks cases and/or tickets
  • Experience leading projects with technical stakeholders, including engineers
  • Experience managing internal and external audit reviews
  • Experience driving operational efficiencies and implementing business requirements
  • Experience scaling programs and developing engagement models


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Employment Legal and HR Business Partners to ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Familiarity with human resources legislative and regulatory best practices
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma certification, experience with SDLC, Agile, or scrum
