Our client is a leading, reputable West Coast Developer Builder with a great reputation for building high quality high end residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. As they get closer to the interior phase of one of their current projects in Oakland an excellent opportunity has opened up for a Project Superintendent with a Multifamily or high end tenant improvement background to join the team in Oakland.

Your new role
As a Project Superintendent of this phase of the development your role will be to support the Lead Superintendent with managing the amenities phase of the project. Your role will be to manage the field operations of multiple sub contractors focused on the interiors & amenity scopes of work. You support the Lead Superintendent and the field team with achieve key schedule and budget milestones.

What you'll need to succeed
This position requires at least 10 years of solid construction experience with the last 5 focused on multifamily or high end interior projects. To be successful in this role you must have very strong technical knowledge of the construction process and strong communication skills to work effectively with your sub -contractors and project team. Experience using software tools like Procore or Plangrid is also attractive.
