Superintendent (Hotel Construction) We are a stable and growing hotel construction and renovation company servicing some of the largest hotels in Southern California. We provide a positive working environment for our employees. People here are happy and enjoy what they do. We are looking for a Superintendent with a MEP and Hotel background.

MUST HAVE RECENT HOTEL BUILD EXPERIENCE

What You Will Be Doing " Scheduling of subcontractors
" Managing the project schedule
" Tracking plan/project changes
" Implementing all safety/OSHA requirements to maintain a safe and productive job site
What You Need for this Position MUST HAVE RECENT HOTEL BUILD EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent for hotel builds
At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with MEP experience a plus
OSHA certified
Experience working Microsoft Project, Word and Excel
