And, due to a solid project pipeline, they are looking to add a superintendent or lead superintendent in Q1 of 2024.

Your new role

As the superintendent, you will take command of the day to day running of your assigned project, one project at a time. You will work closely with an established project management team, communicating throughout, and handling challenges to keep the project on track. As the superintendent the onsite management and delivery of the project with fall within your scope. Running daily weekly sub contractor meetings, site inspections, safety meetings, and controlling the look aheads. This includes being on top of project budgets, blueprint drawings, changes of scope, client management, site permits, product submittals, and requisitions.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this opportunity, you will bring a proven background of competing ground up or build out commercial projects or projects within the list above, from start to finish as the lead superintendent. You will be an expert communicator, with a natural ability of getting the best out of those around you. Doing the job well, and going above and beyond, will be key attributes you will have when facing day to day challenges. And finally, taking pride in how you deliver projects.

• Confident with using computer construction software packages
