What You Will Be Doing As a Superintendent you will be responsible for tasks such as:

* Providing project scope and r scheduling of the work of subcontractors and other crews.

* Overseeing projects plans, budgets, and overall operations while making sure project layout is accurate

* Coordinate with project managers and other upper management to ensure the success of the project.

* review submittals and daily site safety inspections

* Create/edit schedules in the schedule in Microsoft Project (Bluebeam, procure would be preferred)

* Ensure timely delivery of products and equipment.

What You Need for this Position Experience with the following:

- Estimating projects
- Project Scope, Budget, Scheduling
- Establishing Client and Vendor relationships
- Project Management experience is a MUST
