Exceptional Tenant Improvement contractor is seeking organized motivated team player to join our company as Project Superintendent.

Our project superintendents are front line personnel working directly with clients (property managers, building engineers, architects, building owners). We expect them to present themselves professionally in appearance and behavior. A big part of our marketing is project performance, which is directly impacted by our Superintendents.
What You Will Be Doing - Subcontractor management
- Pre-job planning and mobilization
- Subcontractor purchasing
- Scheduling
- Customer/Owner relations
- Quality control and support of our safety plan
- Submittal reviews
- Progress payments from owners
- Collaborating with team members
- Estimating
- Cost reports
- Project closeout
What You Need for this Position - Minimum 3 years of experience in construction
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Experience completing work in an occupied environment
- Current valid driver's license, good driving record, dependable transportation
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
