Strategic Analytics Analyst - Woburn, MA

We are currently working with a large real estate organization that is seeking a Strategic Analytics Analyst to support their Operations Organization on a 6-month contract. This role will be hybrid onsite and remote by mid-October. Applicants must be able to accommodate a commute to Woburn.

Responsibilities:

• Report on capital project costs
• Provide financial analysis for project requirements
• Work with Finance and Operations teams to allocate capital and manager project timelines
• Provide internal audit reporting support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of data analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills
• Experience managing projects and large-scale budgets
