Our team creates reusable technologies to help with customer acquisition, onboarding, and empowering merchants, while ensuring a seamless experience for both of these stakeholders. We also optimize tariffs and assortment in accordance with Walmart's Everyday Low Cost philosophy. We not only create affordability, but we also deliver customized experiences for customers across all channels - in-store, mobile app, and websites. Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. What you'll do:

• Be the technical leader for the team & not only guiding but actively supporting team as needed and takes end to end ownership of design and architecture of multiple large-scale products.
• Lead and advocate Agile engineering practices, with a focus on continuous improvement, lean and systems thinking.
• Works with the Product team to understand and analyze business requirements in order to design and implement technical solutions.
• Ensure products are well designed, well built and have flexible architectures to meet business needs and future extensibility.
• Contribute actively to tech and arch councils, constantly strive for engineering and operational excellence across the product lines.

What you'll bring:

• You have a deep interest and passion for technology and relevant experience in designing and developing desktop/web applications in .Net (C# or Vb.Net) as well as C/C++/Java backend applications.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$192,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives
