RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff Accountant in Beaverton, OR.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years of GL Accounting experience in a similar position
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting rules and practices
- Fundamental Accounting knowledge
- Strong Excel Skills including proficiency in pivot tables, lookups, and ability to manipulate data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to trace general ledger entries back to sub ledger systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, works well with people from different background and with different styles
- Analytic and problem solver
- Ability to research variances independently and effectively explain findings
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work overtime during month end close and year end
- Distribution Company experience preferred
- AS400 or Mincron ERP experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
