Pursuing a Sr Talent Programs Specialist who will be accountable for supporting Global Talent Acquisition by executing and strategizing HR programs (such as Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Internship Program, etc) that drive employee experience, automation, and continuous improvement. This individual will implement TA Program strategies by creating effective project communication plans, documenting, preparing status reports, executing, and maintaining project deliverables using best in class approach. The ideal candidate has a successful track record of developing Onboarding Programs, implementation of TA Solutions, and delivering exceptional candidate/employee experience.

Position Details:

Key areas of responsibility:

  • TA Program/Project Implementation: coordinate meetings with internal partners, define tasks and resources, establish project milestones, analyze risks, tool integrations, global rollouts, process adherent, and tool utilization
  • TA Tech Solutions: research and participate in Solution demos, trouble shoot ATS/Tool production issues, test enhancements, tool integration and maintenance, gather input and manipulate data for process improvements, continual review of process implementation and adherence
  • Corporate Internship Program Facilitation: support recruitment efforts, onboarding, event planning, etc
  • Vendor Management: review contract details, onboarding of vendor, ensure TA vendors are on current agreements
  • Background Enablement & Support: WD/HireRight integration, global rollout and training of processes, back up for coordinator on management of all USA background checks
  • Backoffice support: Job Postings, referral administration, invoice reconciliation, create materials, including videos, emails, training documents, etc as needed for new tools and processes
  • Talent Acquisition Events: Career Fairs, Networking Events, etc

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of recruiting support in global company
  • 5+ years of background check experience
  • 3 years of vendor management and program/project management
  • General Human Resources knowledge of state and federal laws
  • 1 Year of recent Onboarding Specialist / Coordinator experience, required
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects/priorities and deliver tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding workflow
  • Excellent customer focus with the ability and desire to partner with HR colleagues, internal and external partners
  • Strong communication skills including ability to clearly articulate information and ideas orally and in writing; ability to communicate compellingly to impact and influence decision making


  • Working Knowledge of Workday (HCM)
  • MS Excel (Advance level)
  • MS PowerPoint (Advance level)
