What You Will Be Doing Contribute and impact the entire software development cycle and delivery from ideation to deployment.

Develop and maintain software across the tech stack including UI, backend, and infrastructure.

Improve and implement features across our app, build and deliver internal tools and workflows that support operations
What You Need for this Position The Engineering Team at our client is responsible for building our polished customer-facing experiences and the underlying technology platform. We are a small but growing and highly effective team, whereas every team member is vital to the success of the company.

Must Haves:
5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
3+ years of ReactJS experience.

You've been part of a team that works on large-scale distributed systems and are comfortable working in JavaScript.

Nice to Haves:
AWS
MongoDB
Kafka

Examples of Problems You'll Be Solving:

Work across the stack to deliver new features for Quality and Velocity.
Collaborate with Product and Design to develop engaging and usable UIs for both our products.
Improve the performance of our scaling platform.
Monitor all of the above in a scalable way. We all do ops, so we depend on automation.
Contribute to our agile development process by participating in code reviews, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
