Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $75.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Project Overview: The selected resource will provide program management for an enterprise initiative that updates the current technology to a cloud-based platform for electronic claims processing and reimbursement. This project includes multiple tracks running simultaneously and requires candidates that can oversee multiple priorities. The selected resource will provide leadership, strategic direction, and program management for key enterprise initiatives and transformation projects.

A Day in the Life:

• Understand the strategy and future direction of the organization.
• Ensure that the priorities of the team reflect the company's strategic direction.
• Transition between the strategic perspectives required for the executive leadership level and the tactical level required at the individual contributor and initiative level.
• Act as a trusted partner.
• Lead the team through influence, collaboration, and consensus building.
• Make tough, critical decisions regarding resource deployment against shifting organizational priorities.
• Direct the activities of individuals representing multiple business areas and achieve results in a matrix-ed organizational structure.
• Estimate, manage, and deliver complex, large scale, time-sensitive projects.
• Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
• Develop and present executive-level communication and messaging.
• Partner with vendors as needed to integrate vendor solutions into enterprise projects.
• Lead full program delivery life cycle.
• Implement and ensure the program adheres to a standard change control process and budget approval process.

Nice to Have:

• Masters degree in business or a related field.
• Knowledge of team leadership.
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience leading large, complex programs with increasing responsibilities for project management, or continuous improvement or 11 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly communicate both business and technical information.
• Demonstrated leadership style and presence in influencing high performing, high potential teams.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy and relate that strategy to tactical projects.
• Demonstrated track record of achievement with ability to identify and exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent continuous quality improvement and/or project management skills.
• High level of intellectual curiosity and openness to change.
• Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collect and analyze feedback and data and transform findings into project-level strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no direction and make decisions as needed.
