Opportunity

 Responsiblefor sales and service digital technologies at Kohler, including but not limitedto customer relationship management, sales force automation, customer service, B2Bportals, and inside sales solutions.

Leading,inspiring, and developing a team of managers and associates able to bridge thegap between digital, business, and IT.
Takinga leadership role for global Salesforce.com deployment across Sales, Service,and Marketing Clouds throughout Kohler, helping align technology,organizational structure, and process.
Creatingand aligning the sales and service technology roadmap, ensuring alignment withbusiness priorities by being a key partner and thought leader, as well workingwith the EAO, Cybersecurity, and other IT teams to ensure security,scalability, and integration with other platforms.
Ensuringa focus on "solving the right problems" through design thinking, and arelentless ability to identify the next most critical priority
Provenability to lead Agile delivery teams, using experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFeand/or other frameworks.
Partneringwith business counterparts, vendors, and the PMO organization to deliver theroadmap, through a combination of Agile MVPs through to larger capabilitytransformation programs
Trackingprogress against the strategy and roadmap, intervening where required to ensuredelivery of business value.
Advocatingfor continued focus and investment in digital capabilities, using a combinationof storytelling with results and the art of the possible.
Strongawareness of privacy and data security regulations & considerations, andworks with data & analytics, security, and privacy teams to ensure that allsolutions are compliant.
Buildsknowledge of what is coming next, through external networks, contacts, andpartnerships. Understand the changing competitive, consumer, and technologylandscape and identifies opportunities to bring new tools, concepts, andapproaches to Kohler.

Skills/Requirements

Supervisor Relationships:
Reports to VP DigitalCapabilities
Lead and manage associate andpartner staff covering a wide range of roles including managers, architects,analysts, and developers.
Interface with all levels of thebusiness from analysts through presidents, across all company groups andbusinesses.
Independently creates strategyand business plans and is then responsible for delivery.
Collaborate with IT counterpartsto prioritize funding & resources.
Collaborates directly with allmanagement levels and project leaders to determine business objectives and technologysolutions.
Mentors/develops staff andprovides timely and honest feedback and performance appraisals.

Organization Relationships:
Frequent contact with Businessstakeholders
Frequent interaction withother IT Teams, EAO, Security, and IT Infrastructure.
Frequent contact with vendorsrelating to systems to keep abreast of new developments or to resolve problemswith existing installation.

External BusinessRelationships:
Contact with other companiesto research and evaluate digital technologies & methodologies for KohlerCo. potential application.

Education  Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher inInformation Technology, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 10+years' experience. Experience in manufacturing or retail a plus.
Experience with managing andmentoring large teams, including being a manager of managers.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills for varied audiences on business and technology related subjectmatter - storytelling, and making the complex simple.
Demonstrated track record of partneringwith business stakeholders and handling multiple complex transformation projectsand delivering results in digital commerce or marketing
