Ferrara is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution & Reverse Logistics to oversee functional areas for several of our facilities. We are looking for experienced, detailed-oriented, forward thinking, and highly motivated candidates to serve as a leader amongst the various facilities executing on our logistics strategy.

Ways you will make a difference

• Work collaboratively across a 5 Distribution Center Network, Carriers, 3PL's, Plants, and Customers to optimize and reconcile SAP inventory and reverse logistics streams (returns, OS&D and reclamations).
• Manage Reconciliation of SAP Inventory to include Warehouse and Ship errors in SAP.
• Manage the Reconciliation of inventory levels between Ferrara SAP and 3PL operated Warehouse Management Systems to include daily match up, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor in-transit inventory to ensure goods are being received in a timely manner and closed out in full in SAP
• Manage inflow of incident tickets from OS&D call center.
• Maintain incident report/document disposition with delivery notes in SAP.
• Lead root cause analysis and reporting of internal and external OS&D incidents with the vision and ability to eliminate waste in the Supply Chain.
• Manage reclamations and OS&D performance by collaborating with 3rd Party Supply Chain Analytics Partners and Supply Chain Finance to identify key drivers of unsaleable product and OS&D events and lead continuous improvement efforts to address issues.
• Develop process to ensure timely receipt and processing of all eligible customer returns in no longer than 48 business hours.
• Work with carrier partners and distribution centers to expeditiously receive and re-inventory all returned goods.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement processes and work collaboratively with Supply Chain Finance to assess P&L impact of CI projects.
• Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for executive stakeholders on all SAP Inventory and Reverse Logistics/OS&D KPI's.

Experiences that will support your success

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in reverse logistics, repair and refurb operations or inventory management roles.
• Management experience of a team of at least three direct report
• High level of proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• SAP experience highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage across teams and business functions
• Exceptional ability to organize time and resources effectively to determine priorities
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment
