SUMMARY:

Work in one or more areas of Loan Servicing including Commercial and B&B portfolio. Position could include Post Closing, fulfillment, loan closings, daily transactions, escrow, flood insurance monitoring, and loan delivery

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Post Closing funding of new Business Banking loans.
• Post Closing document preparation and follow up on missing and pending
• UCC 1, Mortgage deed, and motor vehicle title filing and follow up
• Automative bridge of new loans, and prep for imaging.
• Monitor Flood Insurance and Escrow
• Accurately process, update collateral documents as received into the system of record.
• Monitor the Business Banking monetary mailbox to ensure fundings are processed timely and accurately.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education -

• High School / GED required.

Experience -

• 2 - 4 years of related experience - loan servicing environment

Job Skills / Knowledge:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail a must.
• Computer literate.
