The Sr. HR Business Partner will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused onsafety, respect, and excellence.
The ideal candidate will partner with HR, business leadership, and corporate and shared services team members to drive business objectives in alignment with Enpro people processes. This role will serve as a member of the enterprise-wide HR community, supporting the full team member experience, including onboarding, development, culture, performance, and offboarding. This role will balance hands-on administrative work as well as thought-partnership, coaching, and collaborative problem solving for the business.
