Primary Purpose:

This role is part of our USA Line of Business (LOB) Finance Team to drive sustainable growth and resource optimization. Responsible for designing and implementing routine financial analysis views/ reports and identifying and implementing process improvement. A good analyst has strong curiosity, critical thinking framework, attention to details and strategic mindset. Passionate about translating data to quality insight enabling timely/sound business decisions.

FP&A

• Review and analyze daily/weekly margin reports and monthly financial statements and reports.
• Build and maintenance a set of Tableau reports to translate data into insight and impact
• Track KPIs and understand key business drivers
• Review PL transactions for data accuracy
• Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
• Assist with forecast/budgeting and monthly close processes.
• Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis
• Evaluate investment options (capex, working capital, people resource) and present risk/ opportunities
• Performs other related duties/projects as required or requested.

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or data analysis. Big 4/public accounting experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data acumen. Advanced in Excel. SAP/BW and/or Tableau experience is a plus.
