Sr. Director

The successful candidate will drive identification and validation of potent siRNAs to be developed as therapeutics to treat oncology/fibrosis. They will also oversee development of targeted siRNA delivery to specific tissues (again focused in oncology).
Responsibilities & Requirements

• • Must have demonstrated expertise driving therapeutic programs - preferably in therapeutic areas of interest to Sirnaomics (Oncology experience preferred).
  • Prefer that potential candidates have experience with RNAi (designs, chemical modification patterns as well as conjugation).
  • Must have demonstrated ability to oversee multiplex projects (expertise with RNAi therapeutics a plus).
  • Experience managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
  • Experience with driving therapeutics for Oncology indications.
  • Experience in managing complex projects through to IND enabling studies and beyond.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Education & Experience

• • An advanced degree to include a PhD in Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry.
  • Five or more years of industry experience demonstrating increased responsibility in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary staff focused on therapeutic discovery and development.
