Sr Digital Analyst-CRM IT Operations

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location:  Kohler, WI

SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the subject matter expert on legacySAP technology, features, and offerings.
Researchand assist with making recommendations and developing strategies to implementfeatures/products.
Leadand collaborate with offshore and 3rd party developers.
Createbusiness rules and queries to develop advanced segmentation and assist withanalytics.
Analyzeneeds and develop solutions using traditional and/or agile developmentmethodologies.
Designsolutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce newtechnologies when needed.
Translatebusiness requirements into well-designed solutions.
Abilityto work in a variety of development environments including Agile, Scrum, orWaterfall.
Understandthe entire Legacy CRM ecosystem within Kohler
Displaythe ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different andcompeting timelines and demands.
Keep aware of regular releases to help analyzenew technologies, create new processes, and recommend enhancements toSalesforce.

 Technical responsibilities 
Deepknowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce
Solidunderstanding of SFDC data model and management
Experiencewith relational database management systems and an intermediate workingknowledge of SQL.
Experiencewith Salesforce Sales or Service Clouds and associated data model preferred
Experiencewith preference centers and subscription/list/preference management
Workingknowledge of HTML, email design principles, and email best practices
Experienceor knowledge with AMP script (or JavaScript) and HTML
Experienceor knowledge with SFMC APIs or SSJS is a plus
Knowledgeof CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CASL, and GDPR digital communication compliance
Processresponsibilities 
FollowAgile software development methodology and team architecture standards.
Helpteams develop use case products delivering rapid and regular business value
Participatein sessions with Salesforce.com customers and other team members to understandBusiness Requirements and Business Processes Analysis
Documentdetailed business, functional & technical requirements

Accountabilities
Liaisewith clients (e.g. from Salesforce team, the internal business, IT leadershipon an ongoing basis, to maintain and ensure satisfaction with servicesprovided, and identify opportunities for further growth
Attendgovernance and oversight committees related to technology planning, design, anddecision making
Engagewith other developers to ensure consistency of overall enterprise architecture

Influencingskills and teamwork skills-to collaborate with use case teams and other techarchitecture roles

Business-facingskills
Abilityto communicate effectively with business stakeholders on Agile sprint team
Abilityto manage end to end product development process in specific domain area,coordinating with stakeholders as needed
Ableto build strong relationships with business partners to ensure technologyalignment with business priorities

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or related fieldrequired.
3+ years of experience configuring andbuilding in Salesforce or SAP CRM is required (including experience coding inAmpscript, Javascript, SQL or HTML).
Abilityto work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-pacedenvironment Strong verbal and written communication skills.
