Summary of Role:

As a member of sales contract team under SA&A, this role is primarily responsible for supporting semiconductor sales contracts. This role is expected to be able to independently manage the drafting and negotiation of complex GF sales transactions. This role is also expected to act as the lead GF attorney for specific types of GF customer arrangements, standard terms, and related processes (e.g., government contracting, NDAs, Automotive contracts, quality agreements, sales agreement templates and processes).

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Negotiate with customers and internal clients to obtain deal closure
• Formulate effective and efficient resolution strategies to meet business objectives based on deep knowledge of GF's business
• Provide advice and counsel to various functional areas of the business, including identifying and mitigating risks, and the impact and application of contract terms to resolve issues
• Draft, review and advise on contract drafts
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Education/Experience - J.D. Degree
• Years of Experience: 2-5 years contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Travel Requirements: % of Travel (0-5%)
• Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• International experience (working with cross functional and geographically diverse teams)
• Proven track record with challenging assignments
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
