The position of Sr. Analyst, Deployment and Inventory Strategy provides operational and analytical support to the organization. Specifically, they are responsible for the deployment of finished goods across the FCC network and for collaborating with key departments to ensure service requirements are consistently met on time and at the lowest cost.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Owns inventory movement across plants and Distribution Centers (DCs) to meet service and cost targets
  • Collaborates with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to adhere to the supply plan and adapt to the unexpected
  • Develops and rolls out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem-Solving, and Countermeasure Development activities
  • Maintains relevant Master Data settings
  • Executes special inventory projects (rebalance of DC, network changes, etc.)
  • Represents the Company's core values and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management)
  • +2 years' experience in key supply chain areas (Deployment, Supply Planning, Distribution, etc.)
  • ERP experience (preferably SAP)
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
