Sr. Analyst - Brand Insights & Analytics, Dunkin


This position is critical to understanding brand business performance in order to develop strategies and recommendations to inform future brand direction. The expectation is that this individual will be reporting on information critical to business insights and decision-making. The Senior Analyst will be a key resource for the brand in answering business questions efficiently and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Insight generation - generate insights that improve the business through linking various data sources (e.g., sales, competitor, market, customer, etc.)
  • Business analysis - analyze brand performance and sales trends, including promotion and test analysis
  • KPI reporting - create and maintain reports that assess ongoing business performance, leading indicators, and explanatory factors
  • Ad hoc reporting - develop, execute, and deliver reports based on brand business requirements
  • Brand performance - analyze and monitor key metrics across brand health, product performance, and guest experience
  • Relationship management - develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Project management - ensure that medium/long term projects are implemented on time and achieve objectives

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Required Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Busines, Mathematics, or Marketing, Analytics)

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

Required Minimum: 2-3 years relevant experience in marketing, business analysis, data management/reporting, or other related area or an MBA

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

* Ideal candidate has an inquisitive nature and a passion for learning and solving problems

* Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision

* Possesses strong analytical skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.) and database skills (e.g., SQL, Access, etc.) a plus

* Effectively interact with various members of the organization across multiple functional areas

* Strong writing, presentation, project management skills

* Interest in the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations, and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands

* Minimal travel may be required
