NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Senior Account Executive, Event Experience based in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The Senior Account Executive, Event Experience will be responsible for managing at-track activities, including pre/post-race shows and will be responsible for oversight of at-track activities for official partners and dignitaries. Sr. AE will also be responsible for various event experience initiatives at all tracks.

Attends 12-16 race weekends per year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Attend race events to manage at-track operations and activities
  • Work with various industry stakeholders such as the racetracks, TV partners, and teams of the three NASCAR national series for various at event executions.
  • Produce and serve as lead Point of Contact for pre and post-race Run of Show and execution
  • Execute Industry At-Track opportunities and experiences
  • Execute the timing and overall flow of all pre/post-race activities
  • Collaborate with various NASCAR tracks and add value to over customer experience
  • Quality control of NASCAR brand while assessing and managing partner expectations and deliverables
  • Develop at-track activations to incorporate brand marketing calendar to increase for industry wide initiative such as: Playoffs, Regular Season Champion, Dash 4 Cash, Triple Truck Challenge, NASCAR Salutes
  • Execution and verification of NASCAR contingency sponsors/decals for confirm NASCAR payouts
  • Management of Event Experience initiatives and platforms
  • Collaborating and fulfillment with tracks on planning playoff signage and placement
  • Execute Industry At-Track opportunities/experiences
  • Activation/Support for internal/external race weekend programs for designated official partners and dignitaries
  • Participate in weekly calls and brainstorming sessions with series sponsors, track personnel, and team personnel
  • Assist with celebrity at track planning and logistics
  • Lead Point of contact for all three national series Driver Meetings
  • Pace car planning and logistics for partner guests
  • Assist with NASCAR Foundation at track needs and charity events.
  • Weekly communication of pertinent information to internal departments
  • Weekly organization of documents & communication for tracking event details
  • Coordinate the sanction-required infield advertising elements across all national series
  • Travel approximately 50%, including weekends
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of three to four years of track or event management, agency experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient on all Company provided hardware and software including PowerPoint presentation development and experience or familiarity with social media.
