Join our team as a Sportsbook Operations Associate, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. In this role you will have the opportunity to build out our promotional calendar, execute promotional campaigns and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from around the business to ensure we are delivering the best possible offerings to our highest valued customers. What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Associate:

• You'll ensure that our Online Sportsbook VIP promotional calendar is first-class along every step of our customers lifecycle with DraftKings.
  
• Be a key contributor to our high-value promotion ideation.
  
• Be a central figure in our promotion operations, ensuring our promotion campaigns are built and QA'd to an industry leading standard, becoming an expert in all things promotion execution.
  
• Assist in resolving any customer issues which may arise relating to our VIP promotions.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of executing and analyzing promotional campaigns using a host of in-house and third-party platform solutions.
  
• Collaborate with our VIP Hosts and CRM team on executing our promotions to the best possible standard.
  
• Create and maintain a library of promotional mechanics for our VIP Hosts to use on a 1:1 level for our most valuable customers.
  
• Perform performance deep dives into our promotions and the VIP customer cohort, identifying positive and negative trends among our KPIs across various levels including states, sports, customer value tiers and more.
  
• Support relevant stakeholders in major event planning.
  
• Track VIP competitor activity in each market and develop spend measurement programs to track how DraftKings is performing vs market benchmarks.
  
• Work with our analysts on internal tools and reporting needs, and alongside our VIP Hosts and CRM team to help formulate our planning and collaborate with these stakeholders on executing our promotions to the best possible standard.
  
• Due to the nature of our business and the sporting calendar, there will be requirements to assist with customer queries or operational issues outside of normal business, should they occur.
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Preferably 1+ years' experience working in a sportsbook marketing or online operations environment -with a track record of success.
  
• A keen eye for detail and ability to identify mistakes others may miss, as well as opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Customer-focused view and strong understanding of what the high value Sportsbook customer wants.
  
• Be a data-driven and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.
  
• Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and G-Suite (G-Sheets).
  
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and HTML is a plus.
  
• A will to win and a drive to ensure DraftKings is the undisputed number one operator in the US Sportsbook market.
