The Strategy Advancement Professional 2 provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Strategy Advancement Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.


The Sales Strategy Advancement Professional 2 partners with the Specialty Strategy Advancement Advisor to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides analytical and project management support to the Specialty distribution organization. Provides administrative and project support to the Specialty Practice Leader.


  • Provide project Management support for Specialty Sales initiatives
  • Compile and analyze data from disparate sources and provide insights
  • Gather data and independently prepare presentations and other communication materials.
  • Review and compile Pipeline Management and other data to senior leadership and provide insights.
  • Partner with Meeting and Event planning to facilitate Specialty Sales Events
  • Plan meeting content for Town Halls and coordinate with speakers
  • Organize Teams channels and content
  • Travel and expense support
  • Calendar Management
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ Years Analytical, Sales Enablement or Project Management Experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and outgoing with a positive attitude and professional etiquette.
  • Critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with high level of accountability
  • Ability to work cross departments to maximize collaborative potential on market outcomes
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving operational performance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Additional Information

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
