We are looking for a Specialist, Treasury Reporting at our Racine, WI location (Hybrid). A dynamic role critical to the success of CNH Industrial Capital North America's asset-backed securitization ("ABS") program. The role encompasses performing the contract selection process for our ABS warehouse facilities and term ABS trusts, from start to finish. In addition, the preparation and distribution of the monthly reporting re: the wholesale ABS trusts' performance is a key function of this role.

Annual compensation range is $88,000-$127,000 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role).

  1. Monthly Servicer Reporting
    • Preparation and distribution of monthly servicer reporting for the U.S. and Canadian Wholesale ABS Trusts; ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the servicer reporting.
    • Work to streamline and improve servicer processes, as business needs change within the department / organization.
    • Utilize various CNHI systems to perform operational tasks and gather financial data.
  2. ABS Process in Retail Loan System
    • From start to finish, fully own the ABS Selection process for U.S. & Canadian Term deals and U.S. & Canadian Warehouse facilities.
      • Utilize Qliksense tool for ABS Selection
      • Utilize retail loan system (AF) to mark contracts as Proposed / Selected / Funded
    • Assist in testing improvements to the Qliksense tool to further automate the current ABS selection process.
    • Assist in semi-annual End-to-End testing of retail loan system for ABS functions or when hotfixes are delivered.
    • Investigate problems of a complex nature in area of responsibility and be able to present proposed solutions in a clear, concise manner.
      • Partnering with Digital Transformation role, lead investigation for IT solutions to improve the ABS selection and servicer preparation processes.
  3. Project Management
      • Lead / Assist with various projects / tasks, specifically testing the ABS functionality of the new wholesale loan system when project kicks off in Q1 2024.
      • Successfully collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Accounting, Business Reporting, IT for Retail & Wholesale systems, PMO and QRM groups when needed.
  4. Compliance
      • Provide support to EY for on-going compliance testing.
      • Prepare necessary work papers and documentation to support SOX analysis of specific treasury reporting key controls.
      • Analyze, evaluate, develop and recommend new methods that strengthen internal controls, propose changes for improvement to increase the effectiveness and accuracy of the treasury reporting data.
  5. Other
      • Support CNH Industrial Capital's ALM team as needed.
      • Perform adhoc requests or related duties as assigned.


  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Career-level (fully competent) experienced professional who carries out a full range of professional duties by working independently with minimal guidance. A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Provides professional know-how to enhance the knowledge and skill base of the organization.
  • Devises solutions based on multiple sources of information and uses past experience, evaluation, and interpretation to adapt existing approaches.
  • Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Prior financial services, Capital Markets or asset-backed securitization experience a plus.
  • Advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Proficient level of knowledge working with and editing macros in Microsoft Excel.
  • Accountable for meeting own targets, which will impact the discipline.
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Qliksense tool
  • SAP and SAP business warehouse
  • IBM Cognos Analytics is helpful, but not required
  • Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
