Responsibilities

A. Participate in a cross-functional team environment to deliver technical solutions, designs and strategy

B. Work closely with the solutions team and vendors to understand requirements and proposed solutions/products. Able to articulate solutions strategy and plan

C. Able to validate pricing, quotes, and solutions provider proposals

D. Identify opportunities to arrange deliverables into minimum viable products (MVPs), foster an iterative approach to enhancements and delivery

E. Work with other teams to contribute to the creation of technical content, how to guides that can be replicated

F. Work with project team (including stakeholders, developers and/or vendors), to plan, coordinate, analyze, design, review and implement application systems and/or enhancements to existing systems to meet current and future needs

G. Proof-of-technology activities

H. Adherence to existing and evolving security requirements for a robust and secure environment on which to deploy applications

I. Create documentation that outlines complex processes while detailing solution approach (functional and non-functional)

Qualifications

A. Experience as a solution architect on a comprehensive software development life cycle project and vendor work, designing, developing, and reviewing application architecture throughout the project. Deep knowledge of modern technical architecture including serverless/containerized

B. Cloud (SaaS) CRM Platform knowledge as well as integration capabilities, Salesforce and/or Microsoft PowerApps experience preferred

C. Hands-on experience with highly modular, integrated platform including CRM integration

D. Conducted technical reviews of vendor products and services, analyzing key integration requirements, and presenting feasibility studies

E. Experience developing specifications for solutions implemented by other developers or vendors

F. Strong technical skills across various technologies, deep understanding of complex data structures

G. Versatile with cloud platforms - AWS / Azure and benefits/drawbacks of services provided within

H. Ability to help build expertise internally on the solutions delivered by our vendors

I. Experience with working with large-scale applications and regulated data
