Software Development Manager - Application *JOB TITLE:* Software Development Manager - Application
*REQUIREMENTS:* Full-stack web development and leadership experience
*LOCATION:* 100% REMOTE
*SALARY:*$120-$160K+ DOE + Equity

What You Will Be Doing - Managing and growing your team of 3-7+ engineers
- Working with cross-functional teams such as program and product management teams
- 50% Hands-on coding, automating tests, documentation and full-stack architecture
What You Need for this Position *5+ Years of Experience with:*
- Coding in React and Typescript
- Coding in either Java or C#
- REST API experience using JSON or XML
- AWS or Azure or Cloud exposure
- Full-Stack Software Development
- software or SaaS products
- agile/scrum methodologies
- B2B-facing products/applications
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 3-7 engineers

*Desired Experience:*
-Previous start-up experience (a plus!) but not required
- REST APIs
- SQL Databases
- Relational Databases
