Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

As a ServiceNow Senior Analyst you will administer the Security Operations (SecOps) modules of the ServiceNow platform to support the Cyber Defense Team. This role will require technical expertise of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, design, configure and implement integrations between cyber security tools and ServiceNow, to allow the Cyber Defense Team to efficiently track and report on the security posture of the organization. To ensure that the ServiceNow platform is configured and tuned optimally, the Senior Analyst will demonstrate proficiency working with vulnerability management, threat intelligence and incident response security tools and processes to effectively define and understand requirements for ServiceNow platform maintenance and enhancements. You will work with security engineers, administrators, architects, and IT personnel to define use cases and requirements and coordinate testing and rollout of platform changes.

This role will administer the day-to-day functionality of the Security Operations (SecOps) modules of the ServiceNow platform, including maintenance, tuning, configuration and troubleshooting activities. You will implement ServiceNow enhancements and integrations with cyber security tools to build automated workflows, processes, runbooks, dashboards and reporting. You will work with Vulnerability Management team to drive the remediation of security risks, by identifying and configuring KPIs in the ServiceNow platform to support vulnerability risk prioritization and remediation efforts. And you will work closely with the members of the SOC Team to understand workflow pain-points and dependencies to design and implement automated solutions.

For this important role, you will need 2+ years Administrator experience with the ServiceNow platform - and ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules experience is desired. A BS degree in Computer Engineering or CS or a technical field is preferred.

Annual base salary gross: 71,192 - 121,496

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
