ServiceNow Developer
Responsibilities:
- Customize and optimize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other programs.
- Administer the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
- Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
- Provide input for integrating ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs.
- Prepare reports on analyses.
- 2-4 years of ServiceNow Development experience.
- CSA certification (minimum); CAD certification desired.
- Experience with CIS for VRM/TPRM is excellent.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
