Cedar Fair is seeking a Help Desk Supervisor at the Charlotte, NC corprorate office. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing IT Help Desk functions for the Sandusky, OH and Charlotte, NC Corporate Offices to ensure service continuity and performance levels are achieved. This position will manage help desk specialists as well as coordinate and escalate service requests to the internal or external technical experts to ensure end-to-end service delivery expectations are achieved or exceeded.

How You'll Make A Difference:

• Supervise the Helpdesk support staff 
• Schedules Help Desk coverage 
• Train helpdesk staff 
• Gather and analyze metrics 
• Monitors incidents and ensures resources are assigned 
• Promotes excellent customer service, effective response times and provide expert insights 
• Coordinates service related projects 
• Establishes processes and provides technical leadership
• Identifies problem trends in order to ensure permanent solutions to recurring problems are identified and associated solution developed

We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of related technical experience working in technical support environment supporting desktop, Point of Sale systems, applications, data networks, and Microsoft systems
• Understanding of Information Technology Service Management concepts and best practices
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management practices
• Previous leadership experience

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft MCSE or equivalent demonstrable systems understanding
• ITIL foundations certification
