Service Coordinator at MSP

The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring customer product service is performed to SOP for product certifications. This position will directly contact customers to review service inspection results, quote new products and process new part sales orders for unit certifications. Although this position is initially focused on MSP's inhalation product line, we are looking to improve our product certification throughout the entirety of MSP's product offerings and this role has the potential to play a critical role in guiding that improvement.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with MSP, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the overall service process of reviewing and calibrating customer owned equipment sent in for service.
  • Providingsuperior customer service in support of incoming calls and emails from external MSP customer and internal MSP support team members.
  • Contacting customers based on service test results and provide quotes to obtain purchase orders from customers for new components.
  • Utilizingmultiple systems and resources to provide information on pricing, order status and progress of calibration service process.
  • Tracking orders and monitoring internally to ensure progress and timely repair of equipment to meet service goal.
  • Ensuringvisual inspections are completed of finished products.
  • CoordinatingService Orders
    • Set up RMA's and quotes for service items and communicate with customers
    • Contact customers for service quotes, approval to proceed and PO's
  • Evaluatingand identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience and create efficiencies in the organization as a whole.
  • Backup ordering entry process for all MSP products and services.
  • Interpreting test results, comparingagainst established specifications and control limits, and makingrecommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
  • Compilingproduction verification data, performingappropriate analysis, and producingfinal quality assurance certificates.
  • Reporting, investigatingand resolvingquestionable test results.

What Do You Need?
Required
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer facing, technical or manufacturing/process quality related role
Desired
  • 2-year degree (technical or Associates) in a business-related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience
  • On-site presence
