Ledgent Finance & Accounting has a Senior Tax Analyst Job in North Houston. You will be responsible for preparing sales and use tax & Excise tax returns. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to expand your skill set and be a part of a reputable company. The role will be working 60-70% remote but will require in office at times. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Sales Tax Accountant Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with state and local sales tax audits
- Ensure timely and accurate sales tax compliance
- Prepare Sales & Use tax & Excise returns
- Review sales tax short payments
Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting
- Three + years of relative experience in Tax Accounting
- Strong Excel Skills
