RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst in Chesterfield, MO.Summary:The Senior Tax Analyst will provide sales and use tax oversight to manufacturing and administrative locations, as well as oversee all aspects of Personal Property & Real Estate Taxes including engaging and directing external consultants on accounting & compliance and collaborating on strategies to reduce tax exposure. This person reports to the Controller/CFO. The ideal candidate will be someone with a mindset that sees the big picture, understands the interaction between accounting and tax, and how tax effects the business, etc.The 1st 90 days are in office Monday-Friday. Hybrid after that is 3 days in and 2 days off but can be very flexible and you can set your schedule. On average this is a 45-hour work/week. This can be closer to 55-60 hours during peak times throughout the year.REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience
- Income tax experienced required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
