Meet the team:
The Dexcom Ops Technical PMO provides program management in the exciting, fast-paced area of bringing new products, product changes, and new equipment to manufacturing, addressing areas as diverse as integrating with R&D to help define product and process design for readiness for manufacturing, interacting with production planning, contract manufacturing and procurement to help define logistics of SKU changes and inventory planning, and managing equipment design, development and validation to build product at internal and external manufacturing locations.
Where you come in:
- You work on highly complex Operations cost saving portfolios and programs as well as other Operations Executive key business imperatives / programs related to new and emerging technologies to include: Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, scalable business strategies/platforms, and automated data analytic solutions.
- You collaborate and drive to establish and maintain consolidated portfolio structure to meet business objectives. Align and report portfolio content in partnership with Operations, R&D, Planning, Quality and Supply functions.
- You collaborate and drive portfolio process improvement activities that involve complex changes or additions within global operations.
- You advise on business strategies and communicate aligned portfolio plans and status to Executive management and cross functional teams.
- You anticipate and prevent impediments to meeting Executive business objectives and imperatives interrelated with program schedules, resources, scope. You drive business risk assessments as well as resolution.
- You partner with Functional leaders to drive activities/tasks/resources across all departments including:
- Ops Technical PMO, Technical teams (Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineering), Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Finance, Facilities, IT, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, and others within the boundaries of an indirect reporting structure.
- You have the ability and confidence to run Executive Business Reviews as well as other key meetings.
- You are responsible for compliance to medical device regulatory standards.
- You work directly with suppliers and corporate partners, as appropriate.

- You have knowledge and work experience in transforming global complex / strategic processes and structure.
- You demonstrate independent successful management of complex portfolio of projects and programs.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey business information clearly and effectively through informal and formal documents, reports, and presentations to senior Executive management.
- You bring significant leadership experience and an understanding of implementing complex global initiatives.
- You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Ideally, you have Program Management certification, i.e. PMP or equivalent.
- Ideally, you have proficiency in Lucid Chart.

Experience and Education:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
Travel Required:Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
