Job:

Primary responsibilities include analysis and financial reporting, audit and control, and balance sheet reconciliation.

General Ledger Maintenance
Record and maintain journal entries for various financial transactions.
Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Review and approve accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections.
Expense Management
Review and analyze expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist in controlling costs through monitoring and reporting.

Bank Reconciliation
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of financial transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Assist in the preparation of financial analyses as needed.

Audit Support
Assist with internal and external audit processes.
Prepare documentation and respond to audit inquiries.

Compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and industry best practices.

Special Projects
Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager or Controller.
Provide support for process improvements within the finance department
