Are you our next Senior Shared Services Process Automation Analyst?

The Senior North America Shared Services Process Automation Analyst will be responsible for planning the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) model for the Shared Services Team. and may evolve into all the other automation initiatives and models. Serving as the primary point of contact for RPA-related activities, this role will support the Shared Services leaders with ideas and plan of RPA and process redesign initiatives, create and monitor roadmaps for automation projects and interact with all functions to identify optimization opportunities. In addition, this role will conduct Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) analysis to gather data as an input to enhance the continuous improvement strategy, as needed.

What will you do?

  • Operates as owner for the RPA initiatives in Shared Services from start to end, developing and coordinating projects to enable the deployment of RPA solutions and methodologies. Develop flow charts for current and future processes, applying re-design to increase efficiency. Gather functional and technical requirements for the implementation of RPA solutions and create all automation-related documentation including Process Qualification Document (PQD) and Process Design Document (PDD) and support live automation as needed
  • Develop and manage roadmaps for RPA projects, also creating and maintaining a heat map for automation opportunities within Shared Services, partnering with different functional areas to help identify and prioritize development opportunities in accordance with the corporate strategy. Create and monitor KPIs to evaluate automated process performance and follow-up with technical team to ensure proper implementation of automation
  • Support digital thinking and culture inside SSC, by promoting events and meeting to discuss new technologies, bringing new subjects or inviting digital companies to benchmark and expand the SSC knowledge. Participate in digital, automation and other new technologies events.

What do you need for this role?
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, major in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer and Information Science or related field
  • ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP) preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with process improvement, business processes and process design; if Bachelor's degree then 3+ years of experience
  • Experience mapping, developing and implementing business process solutions
  • Experience managing multiple projects preferred
  • Successful case experience implementing business process solutions and automation projects preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Visio flow charting preferred
  • Experience with RPA systems and methodologies (VBA, Winshuttle or others)
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong human relations and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
