Software development plays an integral role at Everside Health to integrate business process with IT systems to deliver best in class healthcare services to our patient population. We are using cutting-edge technology, data, and a highly engaging user experience to revolutionize direct primary care for our patients. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer, who will play a key role in developing and maintaining our digital platform comprises of applications built in Salesforce health cloud, business cloud, sales cloud and Community cloud.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (85%)
    • Leads the design and execution of patient facing website developed using Salesforce Community cloud.
    • Assess the needs of end users and design experiences that meet their needs while exceeding their expectations.
    • Collaborating with architects, developers and administrators to achieve an exceptional user experience.
    • Build and maintain Salesforce applications using Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud to fulfill needs of end users.
    • Design and execute functional tests ensuring usability of functionality before it makes it into the hands of the end user.
    • Provide expertise on Salesforce security, ensuring profiles, roles, permission sets, etc are all kept up-to-date and within compliance.
    • Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience who has led at least four force.com custom application developments
    • Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, etc.,
    • Development experience in UI technologies such as Lightning Data Service (LDS), and Lightning Components development
    • Proven Integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign On (SSO)
    • Knowledge of product development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps kits like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
    • A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like ANT, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.
    • Accomplishes department and organizational mission by completing related tasks as needed
    • Tracks efforts appropriately, articulating test results, progress, and impediments to product leadership and the development team
    • Assists in disposition and prioritization of all reported software defects
    • Proposes ideas for improving quality and enhancing Development, Validation, Release, and Support processes
  • SUPPORT (10%)
    • Helps support team in diagnosis of reported issues related to software features and apply solutions to those issues in timely manner
  • PERSONAL/CAREER DEVELOPMENT (5%)
    • Advances job knowledge to the next level by completing next level of Salesforce certifications
    • Stays current on advances in Salesforce Health cloud and Community cloud.
  • Other duties and responsibilities
    • Assists with other technical projects and tasks (e.g. development of supporting applications, ad hoc requests) as needed by the company

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
  • Required 7 or more years software development exp
  • Required 5 years of Salesforce experience with any one Salesforce developer certification.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining health cloud
  • At least 1 year of experience working in Salesforce Community Cloud is must.
  • Health care domain experience with providers/payers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile stories and assignments
  • Perform code reviews for the peers and troubleshoot software development issues.

PAY RANGE: $107,000 - $125,000 per year
