Job Accountabilities:
- Performs regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reads prints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products.
- Examines functionality and compares the final product to the specifications.
- Recommends improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Documents inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Teaches the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Assist Production with quality concerns.
- Lead the effort to become ISO Certified. This certification establishes credibility and trust among consumers, clients, and other business partners.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in quality control is preferred.
- Experience working in a team lead environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good math and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards
