Location: Long Beach, CA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist (RN)-REMOTE WORK FROM HOME POSITION!!

100% remote- candidates can work from anywhere. Will be M-F 8-5pm EST NO OT.
Must Have requirements: RN, knowledge of Case Management • What are the day to day responsibilities? Managing a Grant that addresses HIV/AIDS members- telephonic outreach to community partners, labs and case managers; tracking grant components, budget, use of tracking data bases, holding monthly meetings with community partners, reporting to AIDS Institute.- some transition of care outreach after ED or in patient admission. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities The Senior Specialist, Quality Improvement (Registered Nurse) contributes to one or more of these quality improvement functions: Quality Interventions, Quality Improvement Compliance, HEDIS, and / or Quality Reporting. please send resume to trutkoske@judge.com if you would like to be considered for this position.
