As Senior Quality Engineer, you will be actively involved with customers and the Quality Management System, with the aim of meeting or exceeding quality objectives and improving customer satisfaction.
You Will:
- Lead teams for structured problem solving activities (e.g. 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.) to resolve customer complaints, audit findings, or customer returns. Lead customer audit teams.
- Process owner for recurring QMS systems such as the PCCB (Process Change Control Board), customer complaint process, CAR management, or others.
- Aids in developing, reporting, and taking action to improve metrics related to quality (i.e. cost of poor quality, customer complaints, product non-conformance's, etc).
- Drives quality improvements by working with Operations and Process Engineering to implement effective quality planning tools, measurement systems, sampling plans, statistical techniques, or other process controls.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other technical discipline
- Minimum of four years of experience in a quality related role
- Black Belt certification preferred
The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from approval for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
