Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will work with leadership and peers within Physicians Group of Texas (PGT), Kelsey-Seybold, and affiliated provider and business partners to manage technical projects and implementations as assigned. S/he will be responsible for identifying and detailing project goals, project documentation including scope, timeline, and resource planning, and ensuring project risks and issues are managed throughout the project lifecycle for all assigned projects. S/he regularly provides and disseminates project analysis, assignments, timelines, and progress reports to leadership, as appropriate. The Senior Project Manager is a remote position with up to 15% travel required.

Salary Range: $56,160.00 to $134,388.80 (Salary determined by applicable experience)

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
B.

Experience
A. • Minimum 5 years of related experience in healthcare IT Project or Program Management
• Strong knowledge of standard PMO practices, methodologies, project metrics and KPIs • Experience supporting project assessments, root cause analysis, and deep dives on problem projects to get them back on track
B.

• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project schedule tools
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA; managing backlogs and sprint boards, creating meaningful dashboards, collecting metrics
• Experience playing the role of Scrum Master on a team
• Demonstrated history of excellent facilitation and influence skills, work with stakeholders at all levels. Build trust and respect with key stakeholders
