Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Senior Program Manager in the Child and Family Community Based Programs at Behavioral Health Network!

The Senior Program Manager will provide supervision and administrative oversight to Program Directors on multiple teams in the child and family community based programs (CFCBP) division. The Senior Program Manager will ensure that services in programs are of high quality, improve client satisfaction and meet the performance specifications of the funding sources, participate in senior level BHN activities and initiatives and budgetary planning, oversee procurement and implementation of new programming along with CFCBP projects and initiatives and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with other BHN programs and with community partners. The Senior Program Manger will lead teams to provide exceptional services to clients and their families, building upon proven leadership and administrative skills.

The Child and Family Community Based Programs serve youth of all ages and their families and offer a broad continuum of services that meet various levels of need. These programs work in collaboration with families, team members and one another to provide high quality, comprehensive treatment to ensure the highest likelihood of success.

**NOTICE**

Responsibilities: What you will do:

  • Ensure that services in programs are of high quality, improve client satisfaction and meet the performance specifications of the funding sources.
  • Utilize data to inform decisions about client care and services.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of CFCBP projects and services.
  • Oversee the performance management of all staff in assigned program(s).
  • Ensure programs are adequately staffed.
  • Provide high quality supervision to Program Directors and other supervisors in the programs.
  • Develop, implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement and monitor annual budget, and makes modifications as needed.
  • Develop new programs and revenue sources.
  • Ensure that all staff are appropriately trained in the BHN Code of Conduct and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with other BHN programs and with community partners.

Qualifications/Requirements

Senior Program Managers at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

Job Knowledge:
  • Has working knowledge of the principles of general management, and fiscal management, specifically.
  • Demonstrated success in collaboration efforts in partnership with internal programs and external community entities.
Experience and Training:
  • Minimum of five years supervisory experience in a related field (Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology).
  • Demonstrated experience with collecting and organizing data from various sources to inform client care and service delivery.
Schooling or Equivalent:
  • Minimum of a Masters degree in a related field (Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology).
